Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data we collect on wintacem.com, why, and what you can do about it. In short: we only collect what you send us through the demo form and, if you allow it, usage statistics from Google Analytics. We never sell your data or add you to mailing lists.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Torres & Wintacem, Lda. ("Wintacem", "we"), NIPC 514831715, with registered office at Praça 1.º de Maio, 33, 7000-650 Évora.

Demo requests
When you fill in the demo form we collect your name, work email, organisation, and, if you choose to give them, your role, phone number and a description of the process you'd like to automate.
- Why: to reply to your request and arrange the demo.
- Legal basis: your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and steps taken at your request before any contract (GDPR, art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- Where it's kept: on our own web server. It is not shared with anyone else.
- How long: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
Google Analytics
If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this page is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and roughly where they are (country or city). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We use these statistics only in aggregate, to improve the site.
- Legal basis: your consent (GDPR, art. 6(1)(a), and Law 41/2004, art. 5). If you click Reject, Google Analytics is never loaded.
- Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; Google also applies the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Retention: Analytics data is kept for 2 months.

You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings. If you withdraw consent, we remove the Analytics cookies from your browser.
Server logs
Like any website, our server automatically records technical information about each request (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type). We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and keep them for a limited period.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before. Write to privacy@wintacem.com and we'll reply within one month.
If you believe we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
